What happens when I add a product to cart?

Once you’ve added a product to cart you’ll need to go to the checkout page to complete your purchase. You can find the shopping cart icon at the top of the Soul Jones Records shop page, or while viewing any product.

What happens when I place an order?

Once you place an order you will be redirected to a Order Status page which will include your order number and order details. You will also receive an automated order confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, send us a message quoting your order number and we’ll resend it for you within 24 hours.

When will my order ship?

All vinyl products are sent via Royal Mail and typically processed within 2-3 days. You’ll receive an automated email when your order has been dispatched. For pre-order items, please refer to the release date on the product page, which will be highlighted in bold. We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, with all orders dispatched within 30 days of purchase.If your order also includes a free digital download, any files will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.

All digital download products (except free digital downloads) are delivered via a download link that expires in 24 hours. The link will be on your Order Status page and you will also receive an automated email after your purchase with the link. If you click an expired link, you’ll receive an automated email with a new link.

All merch products are sent via Printful and typically shipped within 5-7 days within the UK. You’ll receive an automated email when your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.

Can I cancel/return my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase up until 14 days after receiving your goods. To cancel, send us a message before the cancellation period expires. If you have already received the goods, you must return them to us in their original condition and at your own expense (unless the item was delivered in error or is defective). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation.

Certain goods, such as personalised items, sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, or perishable goods, are not eligible for cancellation.

How can I be featured on your website?

Please send me a message. Ensure that you understand the style of this website/label before submitting, as we specialise in niche genres such as funk, soul, slop and related styles. We will do our best to respond to every enquiry but please be aware that in busier periods thats not always possible. Rest assured though that if it’s regarding music we love we’ll more than likely be all over it.

How can I be notified of new releases or feature updates?

To avoid disappointment, subscribe to our mailing list via the homepage. Subscribers will receive private email notifications in advance of public announcements - never more than two emails per month.

What if the website is not accessible?

We strive to keep our website operational at all times. However, there may be occasional downtimes due to maintenance or technical issues. While we aim to give notice of any scheduled downtime, this may not always be possible. Soul Jones is not liable for any losses caused by website unavailability.
